Yellowtail Yukhoe

Ingredients (2 servings)
- Yellowtail 60g (2.1 oz). Cut into 7-8 mm (1/4 to 1/3 inches) cubes.
- (A) 1/2 teaspoon garlic, grated
- (A) 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
- (A) 1 tablespoon green onion, finely chopped
- (A) 1 tablespoon shiso leaves, finely chopped
- (A) 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- (A) 1/2 teaspoon miso
- (A) 1 teaspoon mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
- (A) 1 teaspoon gochujang
- (A) 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- (A) a pinch of roasted sesame seeds
(For decoration. As you like)
- 1 teaspoon pine nuts
- 1 yellow and 1 red bell pepper, cut into round slices
- 2 cucumbers, cut into round slices
- 2 cherry tomatoes, halved horizontally
- Broccoli sprouts, as you like
- Shredded chili pepper, as you like
How to cook
1. Mix all ingredients of A together in a bowl. Mix with yellowtail.
2. Serve with vegetable of your choice together.
