Fried Yellowtail with Ethnic Sauce

Ingredients (2 servings)
- Yellowtail 120g (4.2 oz)
- 2 tablespoons cake flour
- (A) 3 tablespoons ketchup
- (A) 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- (A) 1 teaspoon nahm bplah (fish sauce)
- (A) 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Lemon juice, as you like
- Coriander, as you like
- Oil for deep-frying
How to cook
1. Cut yellowtail into bite-sized slices. Dredge them in cake flour and deep-fry in oil to a crisp.
2. Mix (A) together.
3. Put (2) in a frying pan, heat it up slightly and add lemon juice. Add (1) and cover them well with the sauce. Serve on a plate and top with plenty of coriander.
